KABA 600 series – Squared edge
The Kaba 600 series square end solid forged brass door furniture is designed for use with contemporary Australian style mortice locks and latches.
Features:
Stainless Steel drive plate, an integrated precision ground 12mm bush that provides enhanced handle support plus a lever torsion spring to eliminate handle sag.
Fixing:
Plates are 12mm thick and are designed to fit back to back with either concealed or visible fixing to outside plate. Tiebolt M5 fixing screws have a cross-recessed head.
Handing:
Plates and knobs are non-handed with levers reversible on site in most cases.
Door Thickness:
Plate door furniture suits door thickness from 32mm minimum to 50mm maximum. Thicker doors require extended spindles, turn bars and longer tiebolt fixing screws.
Lever Designs:
A wide range of eight lever designs available.
Finishes Options:
Satin Chrome Plate (standard)
Chrome Plate and other finishes available on application.

SBM Series – Short Backset Mortice LockKaba’s new Short Backset Mortice Lock is the ideal solution for new fit-outs or retrofits in place of existing short backset lock applications on aluminium frame doors. These include commercial high-traffic doors such as education facilities, hospitals, military, corrective service facilities, hotels, clubs, office buildings and residential applications. ApplicationsFor the typical applications on aluminium frame doors fitted in areas such as commercial, health, institutes and defense projects. The SBM is designed to suit new fit-outs or retrofit in place of existing short backset locks. The multi-function lock is non-handed and one lock suits all functions with the convenience of an adjustable locking bar (independent to each side of the door) and multiple cam options. The lock has a zinc alloy case with stainless steel latch, faceplate and strike. Standard door thickness is 32 to 50mm and backset is 23mm. The SBM Series mortice lock is designed for use with contemporary narrow style mortice lock furniture. |
